While driving on the expressway I lost AC,
power steering at the same time. Barely could get off the highway-waited for a tow to the dealership where I bought the car. They said needs
serpentine belt-repair under $200. After 3 hours I went to pick up my car to find that they wanted over $2000 because it had a compressor that froze up. I complained that my car was only 2yr old but they said 3 yr or 36K miles-you are over. It took a week for repair-
proof that this should not have happened so soon.

Interesting complaint. How many miles were on the car. Warranties are a time and mileage item and expire at which ever comes first. But someone should of called you with an estimate before 200 went to 2,000

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. In order for the Attorney General's Office to even
consider investigating David Maus Toyota, complaints must be filed on a broad scale. I am very interested in finding as many people as possible with complaints such as ours because I am very interested in filing a class action lawsuit. I have spoken to an Attorney so hopefully one day David Maus Toyota will actually be held accountable.

I truly have one better. I am currently trying to get David Maus Toyota to do what is simply right. I've Written Consumer Services, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. My car is currently sitting in my driveway after $4,000 of repairs. David Maus, in Sanford, Florida has not yet corrected their wrong. Once I get my final response from Consumer Services and it's not satisfactory (because I'm simply not settling). I promise I will be back. Right now, it's sickening!!!!!
